Managing Multiple Domains

Whether you're protecting a brand across TLDs or running multiple websites, managing several domains efficiently keeps your setup organised and reduces the risk of accidental expiry.

Domain Dashboard Overview

All your domains are listed under Domains in your dashboard. Each entry shows the domain name, expiry date, auto-renewal status, and nameservers. Sort by expiry date to quickly identify domains coming up for renewal.

Bulk Renewal

Select multiple domains from the list and click Bulk Renew to renew them all in one transaction. This is useful for brand protection domains you register but don't actively use.

Parked Domains (Aliases)

If you register multiple TLDs for your brand (e.g., .com, .net, .org), set the extras as Parked Domains in cPanel. All traffic to parked domains will redirect to your primary domain automatically.

Keeping Domains Organised

Use consistent naming for databases, FTP accounts, and files when managing multiple domains under one account. Document each domain's purpose, nameserver setup, and renewal date in a simple spreadsheet for easy reference.
