By accessing or using the services provided by Double Hosting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access your account and for any activities or actions under your password.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Host, distribute, or link to any illegal content or material.
  • Engage in the distribution of spam, unsolicited mass email, or phishing campaigns.
  • Host malicious code, malware, or systems designed to attack other networks (e.g., botnets).
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others.

Violation of these policies may result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.

3. Billing and Payments

All services are billed on a prepaid basis depending on the billing cycle you choose (monthly or yearly). By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge you automatically at the start of each billing period unless you cancel your service.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Shared and WordPress hosting plans. VPS and Dedicated Server plans have a strict 7-day refund policy due to the nature of the resources allocated. Domain registrations are non-refundable.

5. Resource Usage

Our "Unlimited" or "Unmetered" plans are subject to fair use. If your resource usage (CPU, RAM, bandwidth) drastically exceeds the typical usage of a small business website and impacts our overall network stability, we may ask you to upgrade to a VPS or Dedicated server.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Double Hosting be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this site and updating the "Last Updated" date.
