We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to cancel a hosting service or your entire account, and what happens to your data.
Step 1: Back Up Your Data First
Before cancelling, download all your website files, databases, and email. Go to cPanel > Backup and download a full account backup. Once cancelled, data is not recoverable.
Step 2: Submit a Cancellation Request
Log in to your dashboard and go to Services. Click the service you want to cancel and select Request Cancellation. Choose Immediate (cancels now) or End of Billing Period (continues until expiry). Submit the form.
What Happens to Your Domains?
Domain registrations are separate from hosting. Cancelling hosting does not cancel domain registration β your domains remain registered until their expiry date. You can transfer them to another registrar or let them expire.
After Cancellation
Your hosting account and all its files, databases, and emails are deleted after cancellation is processed. If you change your mind within the refund window, contact support immediately.
