Your Double Hosting dashboard is the central hub for managing your account. Here's a quick tour of what you'll find and how to use it effectively.
Dashboard Overview
The main dashboard shows all your active hosting accounts, domains, and services. Each hosting account has a quick-access card with buttons for cPanel, email, and file management.
Resource Usage
The Resource Usage panel shows your current disk space, bandwidth, email accounts, and databases in use versus your plan limits. Keep an eye on disk usage β if you approach your limit, you'll receive an alert.
Billing and Renewals
Under Billing, you can view upcoming renewal dates, download invoices, and update your payment method. Enable auto-renewal to avoid accidental service interruptions.
Opening a Support Ticket
Click Support in the top navigation to open a ticket, start a live chat, or browse the knowledge base. Include your domain name and a clear description of the issue for the fastest response.
