Creating a professional email address at your own domain takes just a few clicks in cPanel. This guide walks through the entire setup process.
Creating the Account
In cPanel, go to Email > Email Accounts and click Create. Fill in:
- Username: the part before the @ (e.g.,
hello) - Domain: select your domain
- Password: use the generator for a strong password
- Mailbox Quota: set in MB (e.g., 1024 MB = 1 GB) or Unlimited
Click Create to finish.
Accessing Your Email
You can access the new inbox immediately via Webmail at yourdomain.com/webmail. Log in with the full email address and password. Roundcube is the recommended webmail client.
Managing Email Accounts
From the Email Accounts list, you can change passwords, adjust quota limits, access webmail, or delete accounts. You can also check how much storage each account is using.
