If you discover a security vulnerability in Double Hosting's infrastructure or services, we encourage responsible disclosure. Here's how to report it.
Responsible Disclosure
Please email security@doublehosting.net with details of the vulnerability. Include:
- A clear description of the vulnerability
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Potential impact
- Your contact information (optional)
We aim to acknowledge all reports within 24 hours and provide a resolution timeline within 72 hours.
In-Scope Systems
We accept reports for: doublehosting.net web properties, our hosting infrastructure, billing portal, and customer-facing APIs. Third-party software vulnerabilities (cPanel, WordPress, etc.) should be reported to their respective vendors.
Please Do Not
Do not exploit the vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue. Do not access, modify, or delete other customers' data. Do not disclose the vulnerability publicly before we have had a chance to address it.
