Welcome to Double Hosting. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. These terms apply to all users of our hosting services, including our free hosting services.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using any services provided by Double Hosting (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided Double Hosting offers web hosting and related services. Our services include both Paid Hosting and Free Hosting options. Services we provide may include but are not limited to:

Shared Hosting
VPS Hosting
Dedicated Hosting
Domain Registration
SSL Certificates
Free Hosting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Not engage in any activity that is illegal or that violates the rights of others. Ensure that your account information is accurate and kept up to date. Maintain the security of your login credentials and account.

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Double Hosting for any of the following: Hosting or distributing malicious software, such as viruses or malware. Hosting content that promotes violence, hate, discrimination, or illegal activities. Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam). Running any script or process that negatively impacts the server performance for other users.

5. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update this information as necessary. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect that you have violated these Terms & Conditions.

6. Payment and Billing

You agree to pay for all services you purchase from Double Hosting. Payments are due according to the payment schedule specified at the time of your service order. Pricing: All prices are listed on our website and may change without prior notice. Invoices: We will provide invoices for the services purchased. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. Refund Policy: Refunds are provided only as outlined in our Refund Policy. No refunds are provided for terminated accounts due to violations of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Free Hosting Terms

In addition to our paid hosting plans, Double Hosting offers Free Hosting plans, subject to the following additional terms:
7.1 Usage Limits
Free Hosting accounts are subject to certain limitations, including but not limited to disk space, bandwidth, and server resources. These limits will be clearly stated on our website or service page. Exceeding the usage limits may result in suspension, termination, or an upgrade requirement to a paid plan.
7.2 Ad Placement
As a condition of using our Free Hosting service, we may place advertisements on your website. The nature and placement of these advertisements will be determined by Double Hosting. You may not modify or attempt to remove these advertisements unless you upgrade to a paid hosting plan.
7.3 Support
Free Hosting accounts receive limited support. Support for Free Hosting accounts may be provided through a knowledge base, forums, or email, but priority support is reserved for paid customers.
7.4 Data Backups
Double Hosting does not guarantee backups for Free Hosting accounts. It is your responsibility to maintain regular backups of your data.
7.5 Account Inactivity
If a Free Hosting account remains inactive for a period of 30 days or more, Double Hosting reserves the right to terminate the account and all associated data without notice. “Inactive” means no login to your control panel or failure to update/modify your website.
7.6 Termination of Free Hosting
Double Hosting may terminate or suspend Free Hosting services at any time without prior notice. In such a case, you may upgrade to a paid plan or risk losing your data and hosting account.

8. Service Uptime
We strive to offer maximum uptime, but we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance will be performed with prior notice, but emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

9. Backups

While Double Hosting may provide backup services for Paid Hosting accounts, backups are not guaranteed for Free Hosting. It is your responsibility to regularly back up your data.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may include or be integrated with third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other proprietary information provided by Double Hosting are the property of Double Hosting or its licensors. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Double Hosting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the services in question.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Double Hosting, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

14. Termination

Double Hosting reserves the right to terminate your account or access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. If your account is terminated, you will no longer have access to your data hosted on our servers.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Wyoming – USA. Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wyoming – USA.
