✅ 1. Access Your Client Area
- Go to https://doublehosting.net/clientarea
- Log in using the email and password you set up during purchase.
✅ 2. Access Your cPanel (Control Panel)
- Once logged into the Client Area, go to “Services” > “My Services.”
- Click on your active hosting plan.
- Click the “Login to cPanel” button — no separate password needed.
✅ 3. Connect or Manage Your Domain
- If you bought the domain from DoubleHosting, it’s already connected.
- If your domain is with another registrar:
- Go to your domain registrar and change the nameservers to:
ns1.doublehosting.net ns2.doublehosting.net
- Save changes and wait for DNS propagation (up to 24 hours).
✅ 4. Install WordPress or Other Apps
- Inside cPanel, scroll to “Softaculous App Installer.”
- Click on WordPress (or your preferred CMS).
- Fill in:
- Domain
- Site name
- Admin username/password/email
- Click Install.
- Once complete, access your site admin at
yourdomain.com/wp-admin

✅ 5. Create Email Accounts
- In cPanel, find “Email Accounts” under the Email section.
- Click “Create”, choose your domain, username (e.g., info@yourdomain.com), and password.
- Access email via Webmail or configure in Outlook/Gmail.
✅ 6. Upload Your Own Website Files (if not using WordPress)
- Go to File Manager in cPanel.
- Navigate to the
public_html
folder. - Use the Upload button to upload your HTML, CSS, JS, or PHP files.
- Your website will be live at
yourdomain.com
.
✅ 7. Enable SSL (HTTPS)
- In cPanel, scroll to “SSL/TLS Status” or “Let’s Encrypt SSL.”
- Select your domain and click Run AutoSSL or Install.
- Your site will be secured with HTTPS.
✅ 8. Set Up Backups
- DoubleHosting may offer backup tools or JetBackup in cPanel.
- Set daily or weekly backups to secure your site.
✅ 9. Monitor Resource Usage
- Inside cPanel, you can track:
- Disk space
- Bandwidth
- CPU usage
- Useful if you plan to upgrade later or run performance-heavy apps.
